How can I resend a top-up?
You can resend an order you previously purchased from the History section of your account or the Home screen. See the instructions below:
From the History Section:
1. Log in to your account.
2. Navigate to the History section.
3. Locate the order you want to resend by checking your list of past transactions.
4. Once you find the order, click on the Send Again button to quickly process the same purchase again.
From the Home screen:
- Go to your Home screen.
- Look for the Quick Top-Up section, which displays your most frequent or recent top-ups.
- Simply select the one you want to resend, and the process will be completed in just a few clicks.
You can easily repeat past transactions in this manner without having to start from scratch.
