To review the top-ups you have purchased through the app:

 

1. Log in to your Ding account

2. Go to the History section.  

 

3.  Now you'll see all the purchases made from your account. Click on Details to see the receipt. 

 

Where can I find the Order ID? 

Our Customer Service Team may request the Order ID to locate your account and provide detailed information about your transaction. You can find the Order ID by clicking on one of your transactions, where it will be displayed at the top.
