We keep a record of your transactions using the email address or the phone number you registered with. Your email address or phone number can't be changed on your Ding account, but you can create a new account using a different email address or phone number.

If you have allowed someone to use your account and no longer want them to have access, you can reset your password. For more information on how you can reset the password, please review the article here.

Additionally, if you wish to close your account, you can do so by sending an email to us at customercare@ding.com from the email address associated with your account.
