To change your password through the app, follow the next steps:

1.  Go to the Sign in screen.

2.  Select Log in with email. 

 

3. Enter your email address and select Yes or No to indicate whether you would like to receive our offers and promotions. After that click Continue. 

 

4. You will receive an OTP code at your email address. If you prefer, you can also log in to your account using this code. 

However, if you wish to reset your account password, please click on the Continue with password option at the bottom.

5. Click on the Reset password option at the bottom. 

6. Now, you'll be asked to enter the email address you used to register your Ding account and to tap on Send link. 

 

7. We will send you an email with instructions to reset your password. Please note after 4 hours the reset email will expire and will be necessary to request a new one. 

 

8. You will need to click Reset my password option from the email. 

 

9. Enter your new password in the box and click the Reset option. 

 

That's it! Your new password will be set for your account, and you'll be logged in.
