How to withdraw my dingMoney as cash?
Confirm after it has been implemented
You can cashout your dingMoney balance through MoneyGram:
- Go to the dingMoney Hub section.
- Select MoneyGram cash.
- Enter the USD amount you’d like to exchange.
- Enter the code we send to your phone number.
- You’ll be redirected to MoneyGram, where you’ll see the amount that will be received in your local currency.
- Choose your pickup location and tap Continue.
- Provide the required personal information exactly as it appears on the ID of the person doing the pick-up. This is needed to verify the identity of the person collecting the cash.
- On the confirmation screen, you’ll see your MoneyGram reference number.
- That's it! The person collecting the funds must go to the selected location and bring a valid photo ID and the MoneyGram reference number.
What happens if the cash is not picked up?
If the money hasn’t been picked up after 60 days, the funds will be returned to your dingMoney balance.
Can I cancel the MoneyGram transfer?
Yes, you can cancel a transfer if it hasn’t been picked up yet. Simply go to your order receipt, open the MoneyGram link, and click Cancel.
