When receiving dingMoney for the first time, you’ll need to verify your identity by uploading a photo of your ID and providing some basic personal information. 

After submitting your ID, the information will be reviewed. You’ll receive a notification once the review is complete. If you’re using the Ding app, you’ll get a push notification on your phone, and if you're using the website, you’ll get a WhatsApp message.

How long does the verification take? 

The verification time can vary; it might take only a few minutes, or up to several hours. 

While your documents are being reviewed, your account will show Verification in progress. 

 

I failed the verification. What can I do? 

Don’t worry! If your verification attempt wasn’t successful, you can try again by clicking Update information and submitting your details once more.
