Can I cancel a dingMoney transfer?

How to cancel a dingMoney order? 
dingMoney transactions can only be cancelled if they haven’t been claimed by the receiver. Once a transaction has been claimed and applied to the receiver’s balance, unfortunately, it cannot be cancelled or reversed. 
To cancel an unclaimed order or to check the status of your order, please contact our Customer Care team. 
 
Why can’t I cancel a claimed order? 
dingMoney is automatically applied to the receiver’s balance once they have successfully completed their identity verification. After the funds have been added to the receiver’s wallet, we’re unable to remove or reverse them. This is because the money becomes part of the receiver’s available balance and may be used or withdrawn right away. 
 
How can I see if the order has already been claimed? 
Once the customer has successfully verified their details and claimed the credit, the order status in your Purchase History will change to Success, and you’ll receive a notification. 
If the receiver doesn’t claim the funds, the order status will remain as Processing for 5 days. After this time, it will change to Failed, and the funds will be returned to you.
