How can I delete my account?

If you're deleting your account because something’s not working for you, our Customer Care team is always ready to assist. We’d be happy to help resolve any issues you’re experiencing.

If you still want to proceed with the deletion, please note that deleting your account is permanent and removes all personal data associated with it. However, if you’re just taking a break or want to stop using Ding temporarily, you can choose to close your account instead, which allows for reactivation later.

 

How to request the deletion in the app

Here’s how you can do it directly from your account in the app:

  1. Go to the Account section.
  2. Tap Account Settings.
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. Enter an email address where you’d like to receive a confirmation once the deletion is complete.
  5. Confirm the deletion request.

Once submitted, your Ding account will be permanently deleted, along with all associated personal data. The process can take up to 30 days to complete. You will be notified via the email you provided when it’s done.
