If you want to delete an auto top-up through the app, follow the steps below:

 

1. Log into your Ding Account.

2. Go to the Account section in the bottom menu.

 

3. Press on Schedule top-ups.

 

4. Locate the scheduled top-up you want to cancel and press Edit.

 

5. On the next screen you'll find the subscription details. Scroll down to find the Cancel button.

 

6. Press Yes, cancel and that's it! That's it! You will receive a confirmation by SMS or email, depending on how you registered your account, to confirm the auto top-up is disabled.
