If you want to delete an auto top-up through the app, please follow the steps below:

 

1. Log in to your account in Ding app. 

2. Press the account button at the top left side. 

 

3. Press on Schedule top-ups.

 

4. Locate the scheduled top-up you want to cancel and press Edit.

5. On the next screen you'll find the subscription details. Scroll down to find the Cancel button. 

6. Press Yes, cancel and that's it! You will get now an email or SMS confirming the deletion of your auto top-up subscription.
