What is the Ding Rewards Club?

The Ding Rewards Club is Ding’s free loyalty program, allowing users who send to Jamaica to earn points on every money spent and for completing certain actions. These points can be redeemed for discounts at checkout.

 

How do I become eligible for the Ding Rewards Club?

You’re eligible when you have a valid Ding account and send top-ups or gift cards to Jamaica.

 

Earning points

 

How do I earn points?

We’re excited to offer everyone a one-time gift of 100 free points when they join our Rewards Club. You will also earn points for every completed order, whether it’s a top-up or a gift card, and by collecting medals in the Ding Rewards Club section. 

 

 

 

Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?

No, there is no limit! You’ll always have opportunities to earn more points by completing orders and collecting medals.

 

Do my points expire?

Yes, your points will expire 18 months after they are earned.

 

Will I receive points for orders I made before joining the Loyalty program?

Since the Ding Rewards Club is a new program, only orders completed after its launch are eligible to earn points.

 

How do I check my points balance?

You can check your points balance in the Ding Rewards Club section. 

 

 

 

Using points

 

How can I redeem my points?

Once you have accumulated at least 400 points, you will see the option to use them as a discount at checkout by enabling the points toggle.

 

 

Can I use points along with other discounts?

No, you can only use one type of discount at a time; either a promo code or redeeming your points. However, you have the flexibility to choose the discount that works best for you.

 

Can I combine points from multiple accounts?

No, points cannot be combined from multiple accounts. To maximize your chances of redeeming points, it’s best to use a single Ding account for all your orders and activities.

 

Are my points transferable?

No, your points are non-transferable and can only be used by you to enjoy rewards.

 

I didn’t receive points for a recent order. How can I resolve this?

First, ensure you’re logged in with the correct account and that your order was completed successfully. If your points are still missing, please reach out to our Customer Care team

 

What happens to my points if I choose to delete my account?

If you choose to delete your account, you’ll lose any points you’ve earned but have not redeemed yet.
