How can we help you?

What is Nauta?

Nauta provides Cuban residents with internet access through public Wi-Fi hotspots. There are over 600 hotspots available 24 hours a day.

How can I use a Nauta?

To access the internet at any of the Etecsa-provided locations in Cuba, you need a Nauta permanent access account. You can have either an international navigation account with the domain @nauta.com.cu or a national navigation account with the domain @nauta.co.cu.

@nauta.cu domain is not a Nauta account. It is an email domain that can be checked on the cellphone and its only function is to manage an email account.

You can find more information about Nauta accounts here

How can I send a Nauta recharge using Ding?

Permanent Nauta accounts can be recharged from abroad. Check how to send a Nauta top-up here

How is a Nauta account holder notified of a top-up?

A Nauta account holder will not be automatically notified of a top-up. If you have sent someone a Nauta top-up please let them know so they can check their balance.

How to check the Nauta account balance?

A person in Cuba can check their Nauta account balance by dialling 118 on their telephone or accessing the Nauta Portal.

Note that if you're outside of Cuba, unfortunately, you won't be able to access the Nauta Portal.
