My payment was declined
Your bank or Paypal might decline your transaction due to different reasons, you can find below the most common ones:
- The card details entered might be incorrect.
- Not enough available funds in your account.
- The maximum credit limit might have been reached.
- Your bank is requesting to authenticate your payment, and this is not completed correctly.
What can I do?
You can try again selecting a new payment method or you can contact your bank or Paypal directly for further details.
Will I be charged?
We won't charge you for a failed transaction. You might see a bank authorisation on your statement but no money will be taken from your account. If you paid with PayPal, the funds will be reversed and available in your account within the next few hours, and if you paid by card it can take between 3-7 business days.
