When a promo code is not accepted, an error message is displayed and the discount is not added to the order summary. 

If a promo code isn't applying to your order, you can try the following:

• Check if you are typing the promo code name correctly without adding any extra spaces.
• Check if the product you are trying to buy is eligible for the discount. Some promo codes can only be used for specific products like gift cards or top-ups or for specific operators.
• Review if the promo code has an expiration date.
• Make sure to read the campaign T&C to see if you are eligible for the discount.
