How can I save contacts to my account?
When using the Ding app, you can send top-ups to the contacts saved in your phonebook and also save receivers directly to your Ding account with their name and surname for quicker access in the future.
How to Use the Contacts in My Phonebook
1. Go to the Top-up section.
2. Select Contacts. You'll be prompted to grant the app permission to access your phone's contact list.
3. Choose which contact you want to send your top-up to and continue with the top-up process.
If you want to recharge a new number and access it via your phonebook in the future, simply save the number in your phone’s contacts. The Ding app will automatically display it in your Contacts section.
How to save a receiver to your Ding account
If you regularly top up the same number, you can save it as a contact from the Receivers section. This makes future top-ups faster and easier.
1. Open the Ding app and tap Receivers from the bottom menu.
2. Find the phone number you want to save and tap the three dots (⋮) on the right side of that number
3. From the menu that appears, tap Save contact.
4. Add the First name and Last name and tap Save to store the receiver as a contact on your Ding account
