What is a pin top-up?

Some operators deliver the credit through a PIN code. To use the credit, the receiver must redeem the PIN number manually following the instructions provided. Only after redeeming the pin, the credit will be applied to the phone.

During the top-up purchase, you can identify if the operator delivers a pin in the order summary:

Where can I find the pin and the instructions?

If you are the sender, you'll receive a confirmation email if you created your account with your email address with the order details, the PIN and instructions on how to redeem it. You can also review all this information in the History section of your account.

Additionally, the receiver will receive an SMS with the PIN and the steps explaining how to use it.
