How can I continue an unfinished order?

 

What is the Unfinished Order/Cart Feature?

If you start an order, get interrupted, and then forget to complete it, you can access the order anytime from your Ding app. Here’s how it works:

  • Automatic redirect to Order Summary Page: When you launch the Ding app, you'll immediately see your unfinished order right where you left off. No need to start over or search for items again.
  • Home Screen Shortcut: Your unfinished order is also accessible from your cart icon on the right top side of your home screen. Simply tap the cart to resume your order.

 

How to Remove an item from Cart?

If you have an unfinished order, it will appear automatically when you open the app. Unfortunately, currently there is no option to remove an item from the cart, but you can replace the old item that you no longer need with your new order. 

The Ding app is designed to automatically replace your old unfinished order with the most recent one you leave at the checkout stage, ensuring you always have the latest items you are interested in.

To replace an item, you need to click the 'Top-Up' or 'Gifts' tab on the bottom navigation bar instead of the Cart icon at the top. Your previous unfinished order will be replaced with the new one if you leave it unfinished at the checkout stage.
