Nauta customers located in Cuba can check their account by visiting https://www.portal.nauta.cu and entering their username, password, and displayed verification code or by calling 118. Unfortunately, if you are out of Cuba you will not be able to access to the Portal of Nauta.
Please note: The username must include the domain @nauta.com.cu or nauta.co.cu
When logged in, customers will be able to:
- See the available account balance
- Transfer balance to other accounts
- Change the password
- Create an email account
