How can I send a Nauta top-up?

Here's a step-by-step guide on how to top-up a permanent Nauta account, which provides public WiFi access in Cuba:

 

1. Log in to your Ding account. 

2. Select Cuba as the preferred country. On the home page, click on the flag icon and select Cuba as the country.

 

3. Go to the Top-Up section.

 

4. In the Phonebook, select the Nauta accounts option.

 

5. Add the Nauta Account. After selecting the Nauta accounts option, you will see all the email addresses of the Nauta accounts saved in your Phonebook. Select one saved account or enter a new one.

 

6. Choose the amount you wish to send.

 

7. Review and Pay. You will be taken to a summary page where you can review your top-up details. Once everything looks correct, complete the payment to process the Nauta top-up.

 

That's it. Your Nauta top-up will be sent and we will send you an email or an SMS with the confirmation.

 

Please note:

  • Nauta is a public WiFi service available in Cuba. This service is designed for cell phones that support data transfer services where coverage is available.
  • Ding can only top-up permanent Nauta access accounts with an email address ending in @nauta.com.cu or @nauta.co.cu.
  • Nauta top-ups will expire 330 days after the top-up date (Cuban Time). Customers will then have an additional 30 days to make another top-up.
  • Customers in Cuba can check their balance in the User Portal NAUTA http://portal.nauta.cu
