Why can't I send a Nauta top-up?

If you encounter an error when adding the Nauta account, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

  • To top-up a Nauta account through Ding you must enter an active permanent access account, set up with the domain @nauta.com.cu or @nauta.co.cu. The domain @nauta.cu only relates to an email address and is not a permanent account.
  • Make sure to enter the nauta account correctly as account details are case sensitive. The owner of a Nauta account can check their details with ETECSA Business Information Service by dialing 118 (from within Cuba).
