I’m having issues selecting an operator
When purchasing a top-up, the operator is usually selected automatically. If you need to change it, simply click the pencil icon and manually choose the correct operator.
What if I don’t know the recipient’s operator?
If you're unsure of the recipient’s operator, please contact them to confirm it before proceeding with the top-up.
What can I do if the operator doesn't appear on the list?
If the operator you want isn’t available in the list, it means that we currently do not support that operator.
