From the email:

1. Open any of our promotional emails.
2. Scroll down to the bottom.
3. Click on Unsubscribe.
   

From your account:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to Account option from bottom menu.
3. Choose Account settings.
4. Toggle off the types of notifications you don't want.
